M. Ouadi was raised in Casablanca. He received his education in Cambridge, United Kingdom, where he earned his post-graduate MBA. He spent twelve years living in Great Britain before returning to Morocco to be with his family.
M. Ouadi owned a thriving riad in Morocco's cultural capital, Fes. He later served as the Global Head of guest experiences, client relations, tour management, and day-to-day operations for Morocco's largest international travel company, where he particularly enjoyed coordinating visits for American and British travelers.
